Microsoft Azure SharePoint Architect Engineer

We are seeking a Microsoft Azure SharePoint Architect to become an integral part of our team!

Designing and executing SharePoint Online information architecture engagements, performing content migrations, and developing custom business solutions using SharePoint, the Power Platform, Azure, and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools. The ideal candidate for the role will possess deep knowledge and proficiencies with SharePoint Online, a broad skillset across other Microsoft 365 technologies, and the ability to communicate and lead customers effectively in a consulting capacity.

Designing and implementing computer applications and information networks security policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have US Passport, Birth Certificate Born in the USA Goverment WorkImplement local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, extranets, and other data networks
  • Dicover and gathering requirements with clients in relation to governance, security, compliance, etc.
  • Use and configuration of Microsoft 365 Groups, Teams, global policies.
  • Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and system compliance
  • Deploy advance network analysis scanning tools
  • Manage Azure cloud servers and Microsoft policies
  • Intune Pureview is required
  • Sharepoint and onedrive migrations
  • Office 365 Global admin administration experience
  • Azure Firewall Deployment, policies, routes
  • VLAN designing

Requirements Qualifications:

  • Requires 5 year experience in networking, IT, MSP business
  • Requires 5 Years experience with Microsoft Azure Server Experience
  • Requires 5 Years for firewall experience
  • Requires Global Policy Deployment experience
  • Autotask, PSA, Ticket management, Remote monitoring tools management a plus
  • Scripting is a huge plus
  • IP configuration understanding, Setting up routers, switches, Access points
  • Setup Administrate Windows Servers
  • Network commands
  • Experience with architectural design
  • Experience communication networks
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail (very strong)
  • Must be able to have people skills and communication and writing skills
  • Need to answer Email, telephone, onsite remote desktop into customer computers, fix issues, open trouble tickets, call, email, calendar, outlook, multitasking is a must.

Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a skilled Quickbook Online Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting, billing, bookkeeping, and accounts receivables. Accounting Clerk responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports, and reconciling bank statements. You will run an accounting Quickbooks Online program to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers, and receipts. A successful accounting assistant should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers. A successful Accounting Clerk will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.

Qualifications

  • QuickBooks Online: 3 years (Required)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
  • Constantly update job knowledge

Skills:

  • Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk
  • Quickbooks Online 3 years experience required
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Aptitude for numbers
  • Multitask
  • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
  • Data entry and word processing skills
  • Well organized
  • High school degree
  • Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus
